Professional ski instructors At Club Med ski instructors are professional skiers from the local ESF (Ecole du Ski Français or French Ski School), the Italian Ski School or the Swiss Ski School. They are selected for their competence, professionalism, kindness and their Club Med spirit. Your ski group Upon your arrival in the Village, we invite you, with the advice of the Ski school Manager, to enroll in one of the proposed ski classes according to your ski level. Each ski group is made up of about 12 people. Ski at your own pace Depending on the Villages, you can enjoy full day or half-day ski tuition: Our 3 & 4-Trident Villages (except at Méribel), and l'Alpe d'Huez, offer full-day ski school (Please note: 5 & a half days of ski classes for a 7-day stay, except at Cervinia: 5 days).Our 2-Trident Villages offer half-day ski school. (Please note: 6 half-days for a 7-day stay). You can enjoy the other half-day skiing with friends and family or simply relaxing. Children's ski school (from 4 years) In all our Villages with children's club facilities, your children can learn to downhill ski from 4 years. At Val d'Isère children can also benefit from skiing lessons, but only from 12 years and upwards.  downhill skiing, for all levels (from 12 years), snowboarding for all levels (from 12 years), Ski pass, Ski Pass For all 7-day stays or packages beginning on the main arrival/departure day of the Village, the lift pass is valid for 6 full days, starting from the day after arrival day. For the attention of skiers & snowboarders: - In order to progress and make the most of your stay, please stick to your chosen discipline, throughout your stay."" - Don't forget to take a passport photo for your lift pass. - Remember to collect your ski pass on your arrival day, at the reception, to avoid any further delay. - Please look after your ski pass, as you won't get reimbursed or given another one, in case of loss or theft. In addition, model type : RPM, available exclusively in our 3 Freestyle Villages <100% guaranteed fun> 2) Sport: 2 Rossignol types: - Viper X : high performance for maximum flexibility - Scratch fs: energetic and dynamic for leisure, exhilarating on the slope and high performance for the snowpark. - In addition, model type : Scratch BC, available exclusively in our 3 Freestyle Villages - large and tolerant skis, comfortable in powder snow or for experimenting new heights in the air. 3) Leisure: easy skis, ideal for beginners (type: Rossignol 9.9 cut) - Snowboards - type: R with step-in bindings and type R2 with soft boots in our 3 Freestyle Villages. 2 types of downhill skis for children: 1) Competition-Performance: technical skis, for intermediate & advanced skiers (type: Rossignol T-power 9 racing). Recommended for children aged 10 to 12. 2) Sport: regular skis, for all levels (type: Rossignol comp). - Helmets for children, in all Villages with children's club facilities. - Snowblades (mini-skis), in all the Villages. - Cross-country skis & snow shoes, in certain Villages.
